A pharma plant gets checked for years after it is built
Auditors come back years later. They look at the floor, the wall joints, and the records we kept while building. We work to that from the first day. We build factory buildings, apartments and houses the same way.
Suri Ayyapa Reddy set up Ganadhip Projects in 2018. It carries on the construction business his family started in 1996 under the late Sri M.V. Krishna Reddy. The engineers, the equipment and the clients came across with it.
The photographs on this site are stock, not our jobs. Client agreements stop us putting site photographs on a website. They do not stop us taking you around a job that is running.
How the work gets checked
Everything we build gets checked by somebody, so we check it first
Nobody buying construction can judge concrete. So we do the checking and hand over the evidence.
Each stage priced and dated
Scope and rate are written down before we start. You always know what comes next and what it costs.
The update arrives unasked
Progress goes out on the bad week too. If a date is slipping you hear it from us in the week it starts slipping.
Slump, sieve and mix checks
Material is checked before it takes any weight, on site, instead of waiting a week for an outside lab.
Wages and site welfare
Crews are paid on the day we said. Accommodation, sanitation and age verification are part of running the site.
One handover file, every time
Test records, completion documents and warranties, in the same format on a house and on a plant.

Scope and estimate
We visit the site, write down the scope, and give you a stage wise estimate that you keep.

Stages priced and dated
Each stage carries a price and a date before work starts, so you know what comes next and what it costs.

Built, tested and reported
Cube test on every pour in our own lab, and a weekly update with photographs, including the weeks when the news is bad.

Handover
Completion documents, test records and warranties, in one file, in the same format on every job.

01You will be expensive because you work for pharma companies
Cement, steel and labour cost the same for every contractor in the city. The difference is that we check ours.
02You have never built an apartment or a house
Our team has been building since 1996, including residential. What we have not done yet is a project of our own to sell, and we will tell you that rather than hide it.
03The company is only registered since 2018
Ganadhip Projects was formed in 2018. It carries on the business the family started in 1996, with the same engineers and equipment.
04You have no photos of your own work
Our client agreements stop us putting site photos on a website. They do not stop us taking you around a job that is running.
05My contractor quotes less per square foot
Ask him what grade the concrete is and who tested it. If he can show you the report, take his rate.
06My project is too small for you
We take a single 2,500 sft house and we take a full tower.
07How do I know you will not stop halfway
Come and stand on a site we are running now, and talk to whoever is there. We will not be in the room.

We can take land from sanction to a finished building that is sold, under one agreement. Terms are worked out with you on your site.
