Pharmaceutical and industrial projectsYour facility is inspected years after handover, so the floor, the wall joints and the records all have to hold up. We build to that from the first day, and we do it without stopping the lines you already have running.
The new block goes up in stages while your existing lines keep producing. The method statement showing how comes with the quotation.
Cubes go to our lab on site. The report is in your file the same week, ready to attach to your qualification protocols.
20,000 sqm of cup lock scaffolding and 20,000 sqm of steel shuttering, owned outright. 150 people on our rolls, 35 of them engineers.
Most of our work is the next job for a company we have already built for. New scope is quoted the same way as the last one.

The revised Schedule M applies to every drug manufacturer in India, including MSME units whose extension ran out on 31 December 2025. Much of what it asks for is civil work: room finishes, layouts that prevent mix ups, and the building side of HVAC and water systems.
Quoted per item, with the stage and the date written next to the rate.
Foundations, columns, roof structures and floors, set out to your consultant's drawings.
Roads and yards built to take loaded tankers and trailers every day.

Column to slab structure on programme, with a cube test on every pour and the report handed over.
A contractor who rents starts when the rental yard sends the machines. Ours are already on the lorry. We also test our concrete on site instead of waiting a week for an outside lab.

Induction before anyone starts, checks on height work and on scaffolding, and a wage register kept for every crew on site. Accommodation, sanitation and age verification are part of running the job. If your audit team wants to see the records, ask and we will send them.

Our equipment is scaled for industrial work. We do not run a tower crane, a passenger hoist or aluminium formwork for repetitive high rise floors. If your job needs those, say so early and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right contractor.
What we do have is cup lock scaffolding, steel shuttering, batching on site and a testing lab, and crews who stay because they are paid on the day we said.
Twenty two pharmaceutical and industrial clients across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Once a contractor has been through a plant qualification, changing him is expensive, so most of our work is the next job for a company we have already built for.
We have signed confidentiality agreements with these companies. We can share project details when you ask.
Short, direct answers. If you need a longer one, ask on WhatsApp.
