Revised Schedule M
Binding on every drug manufacturer since 1 January 2026
The revised Schedule M applies to every drug manufacturer in India, including MSME units whose extension ran out on 31 December 2025. Much of what it asks for is civil work: room finishes, layouts that prevent mix ups, and the building side of HVAC and water systems.

We own our machines, so the start date we give you is real
A contractor who rents starts when the rental yard sends the machines. Ours are already on the lorry. We also test our concrete on site instead of waiting a week for an outside lab.

Safety and labour
Asked in every supplier audit
Induction before anyone starts, checks on height work and on scaffolding, and a wage register kept for every crew on site. Accommodation, sanitation and age verification are part of running the job. If your audit team wants to see the records, ask and we will send them.
Scale
What we do not have
Our equipment is scaled for industrial work. We do not run a tower crane, a passenger hoist or aluminium formwork for repetitive high rise floors. If your job needs those, say so early and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right contractor.
What we do have is cup lock scaffolding, steel shuttering, batching on site and a testing lab, and crews who stay because they are paid on the day we said.
