What we take on
Buildings and the civil works around them
Structure only, or structure through to finishing. The scope, the rate and the date for each stage are written down before we start.
Industrial and utility buildings
Warehouses, sheds, utility blocks and stores, with floors designed for the load they will carry.
RCC structures and foundations
Footings, rafts, columns, beams and slabs, with a cube test on every pour and the report handed over.
General civil works
Compound walls, retaining walls, sumps, overhead and underground tanks, drains and paving.

In our own lab, with the report in your file. A commercial slab gets the same test as a plant floor.
- Our machines and our crews are ours
20,000 sqm of cup lock scaffolding and 20,000 sqm of steel shuttering owned outright, and 150 people on our rolls, 35 of them engineers.

Each stage carries a price and a date in writing before work starts, so the budget and the programme are on one page.
- Approvals handled
Building permission through BuildNow Telangana under GHMC, HMDA or DTCP limits, and a fire NOC where the height or use requires one.
Scale
What fits our equipment
Our equipment is scaled for industrial and mid rise work. We do not run a tower crane, a passenger hoist or aluminium formwork for repetitive high rise floors.
If your building needs those, say so at the start and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right contractor, before either of us spends time on a quotation.

Each stage carries a price and a date before work starts, so you know what comes next and what it costs.

Built, tested and reported
Cube test on every pour in our own lab, and a weekly update with photographs, including the weeks when the news is bad.

Handover
Completion documents, test records and warranties, in one file, in the same format on every job.
The photographs on this site are stock, not our jobs. Client agreements stop us putting site photographs on a website. They do not stop us taking you around a job that is running.
