Our story
How we started
Ganadhip is a name of Ganesha, the one invoked before any new work begins.
Suri Ayyapa Reddy set up Ganadhip Projects in 2018. It carries on the construction business his family started in 1996 under the late Sri M.V. Krishna Reddy. The engineers, the equipment and the clients came across with it.
The work that shaped the company was pharmaceutical. A drug plant is inspected years after it is built, so every floor, wall joint and record has to hold up. That is the standard we now carry into commercial buildings, roads, homes and renovation.
Our purpose
Every client is buying the same thing
A project head cannot tell whether a contractor will hold a date until it is too late. A family cannot judge concrete. Someone living abroad cannot check anything at all. A landowner cannot know if a builder will finish.
Everyone is buying certainty from someone they cannot check themselves. Our purpose is to do the checking and hand over the evidence: the test report, the stage date, the bill and the compliance record.

Safety and labour welfare
What clients audit first
Induction before anyone starts work, checks on height work and scaffolding, and a wage register for every crew. Accommodation, sanitation and age verification are part of running a site.
Crews are paid on the day we said. That is why they stay with us, and why suppliers take our call.
