Additional floors
Our engineers check the existing columns and footings against the drawing before we add a floor. Where there is no drawing, we tell you what testing is needed first.

Ganadhip / Services / Residential and renovation
Residential, renovation and remodelingNew houses and apartments, extensions, added floors, repair and remodeling. Every job gets written stages, tested concrete and a bill you can read, whether it is one room or a whole building.
Cement, steel and labour cost the same for every contractor in the city. Nobody gets a secret rate. What changes is whether anyone checks the material before it goes into your house, and whether you are shown the result.
The same crews and the same engineers build facilities that regulators inspect. That is the reason to hire us, and it does not add to your cost.
You always know what comes next, what it costs and when it finishes. Nothing is renegotiated after the work is done.
Plan, structural drawing and a stage wise estimate that you keep. Nothing starts until you have it.
Sanction from the local body, in your name, before the first load of material arrives.
Excavation, footings and plinth beams. Cube test on the pour, report to you.
Columns, slabs and beams. One cube test per pour, every pour, and the report handed over each time.
Walls, internal plaster and external plaster, with the mix checked on site.
Electrical, plumbing and waterproofing, pressure tested and checked before anything is closed up.
Flooring, doors, windows, painting and fittings, to the specification written in your estimate.
Completion documents, all test records and warranties, in one file, in the same format we use on a plant.

Cubes from every pour go to our own lab. You get the report. Slump and sieve checks happen on site before material takes any weight.
The photographs on this site are stock, not our jobs. Client agreements stop us putting site photographs on a website. They do not stop us taking you around a job that is running.
Before we add load or open up a wall, our engineers check what is already there. The scope and the price are written down before the first wall is touched.

New rooms and wings tied into the existing structure, with foundations designed for the new load.
Leaks, cracks and damaged plaster traced to the cause and repaired, then tested before they are covered.
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and layouts changed, with plumbing and electrical lines tested before finishing.
If you are funding a build from the Gulf, the US, the UK, Canada or Australia, there is a stated reporting protocol and stage linked payment terms, so your family does not have to supervise us.
If any of these needs a longer answer, ask on WhatsApp and you will get one.
Cement, steel and labour cost the same for everyone in the city. The difference is that we check ours, and you get the reports. Ask any contractor what grade the concrete is and who tested it. If he can show you the report, take his rate.
G+1 and G+2 houses, duplexes, villas, and apartment or commercial blocks. Full job from foundation to keys, or just the structure if you want to do the finishing yourself. We take a single 2,500 sft house and we take a full tower.
Each stage has a price and a date written down before we start. You pay for a stage after it is done, not before it starts. There is no demand near completion that you have not already seen on paper.
Come and stand on a site we are running now, and talk to whoever is there. We will not be in the room. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will fix a day.
Yes. A repair, a remodeled kitchen or an added floor gets a written scope and a price before we start, and a bill you can read at the end, the same as a new house. Tell us what needs doing and we will tell you what it involves before you commit.
We call you back, usually the same day. If we are not the right contractor for the job, we will say so.
