Nobody at home has to police us
Asking a relative to supervise puts a burden on them, and it often creates friction that outlasts the build. We report to you directly. If you want your father or brother copied on everything, we do that too, but the responsibility stays with us.
Approvals, utility connections and documentation go through one point of contact, so there is one person to call and one person answerable.
The photographs on this site are stock, not our jobs. Client agreements stop us putting site photographs on a website. They do not stop us taking you around a job that is running.

01Can I build a house in Hyderabad while living abroad?
Yes. You get weekly photographs and video of the actual work, a monthly schedule, a fixed video call with the engineer running your site, and you pay for a stage only after it is shown done.
02Does my family need to supervise the build?
No. We report to you directly, and one person is answerable for approvals, utilities, documentation and the site. Family members can be copied on every update if you want.
